The Dell Technologies Forum is Dell’s flagship enterprise event, bringing together customers, partners, and technology leaders to explore advancements in AI, infrastructure, cloud, data, and cybersecurity. The forum serves as a platform to showcase real-world deployments, partner ecosystems, and production-ready technologies shaping enterprise IT.

Open Innovation AI at Dell Technologies Forum 2026

Open Innovation AI will participate as a Platinum AI Sponsor at Dell Technologies Forum 2026, taking place on 22 January 2026 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

At the forum, Open Innovation AI will present its end-to-end sovereign AI platform, with a focus on Open Innovation’s Cluster Manager (OICM), the core control plane that enables organizations to build, control, and operate AI infrastructure and applications at scale within the Dell AI Factory ecosystem.

OICM sits above the underlying AI infrastructure, providing centralized orchestration and governance across environments. It manages GPU resources, schedules and operates AI workloads, enforces access and policy controls, and automates AI operations across training, inference, and fine-tuning. Through OICM, organizations gain full operational control, visibility, and sovereignty over their AI environments.

Sovereign AI Applications in Practice

During the event, Open Innovation AI will also showcase OI Chat, its enterprise-grade conversational AI platform.

OI Chat is an enterprise-grade, multimodal, and agentic AI application, designed for government and large enterprise environments. It enables organizations to deploy secure, governed, and extensible AI capabilities across cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped environments, while maintaining full control over data residency, models, security, and access.

The demonstration highlights how OI Chat supports advanced AI capabilities beyond basic conversation, including document and presentation generation, image analysis, audio transcription and voice interaction, and agentic workflows that can reason and act across systems. These capabilities run on sovereign infrastructure from day one and continue to evolve as part of Open Innovation AI’s continuously expanding platform.

Delivering a Production-Ready Sovereign AI Stack

Together, Dell Technologies, Intel, and Open Innovation AI illustrate how sovereign AI can be delivered as a complete, production-ready stack, from infrastructure to AI applications, enabling enterprises and governments to retain full ownership, control, and operational sovereignty over their AI environments.
