Open Innovation AI and Dell Technologies: A Long-Standing Collaboration

April 16, 2026

1 Minute Read

Open Innovation AI and Dell Technologies have developed a long-standing collaboration focused on deploying and operating AI systems in production. This week, the teams met in person to review progress, align on next steps, and exchanged a commemorative trophy, marking the progress achieved together and the shared commitment to advancing enterprise AI capabilities.

So what does this collaboration actually look like in practice? The two teams are working toward what could be described as a Sovereign AI Factory: an integrated environment where infrastructure, orchestration, and AI applications operate as a unified system. Dell provides enterprise-grade infrastructure. Open Innovation AI contributes its OICM platform and application stack.

The goal is pragmatic: helping organizations move from AI experimentation to secure, scalable, and controlled AI operations, especially as demand for sovereign AI grows across government and enterprise sectors.
